These terms govern your use of thermscram.digital, operated by Marie Lin trading as Canal Wheel Ceramics, Prinsengracht 412, 1016 JC Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using this website you agree to these terms. Dutch law applies.

1. Information only

This website presents studio information, collection overviews, and workshop descriptions. Product availability, glazes, and dimensions may vary because each piece is handmade. A binding sale or workshop booking arises only when confirmed in writing by the studio.

2. Orders and commissions

Enquiries sent through the contact form are requests for information, not automatic orders. Prices, lead times, shipping, and pickup for ceramics or bespoke work are agreed case by case. Handmade pieces may show natural variation; that is part of the craft and not a defect.

3. Workshops

Workshop places are confirmed after correspondence with the studio. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are shared when you book. Participants are responsible for following studio safety guidance during sessions.

4. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Canal Wheel Ceramics or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Liability

We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law, liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
